Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by customers, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been used or opened. Customized or personalized products are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kitchen product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer service team.
